How to Use
Step 1: Cool the Crown
Apply 3–5 drops of Nellikay Thailam to the crown (top center) of your head.
Massage gently for 2–3 minutes using circular motions.
Step 2: Release Tension
Take a small amount of Kurattam Pazha Thailam and massage onto:
• Temples
• Behind the ears
• Back of the neck
Massage for 5 minutes to relax tight muscles and ease pressure.
Step 3: Cool the Face
Apply an even layer of Aloe & Haldi Mud Pack to a clean face.
Leave on for 10–15 minutes.
Finish
Wash off with normal or cool water.
Rest your eyes for 10 minutes after the ritual.
