Returns

Due to the nature of our herbal and personal care products, returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for verification

Refunds

Once the issue is verified and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
